Are you a Montreal mom looking to socialize and connect with other mothers? Join us at Le Mat Bar's first event on Wednesday, April 27 at 1:00 pm. We will be bringing together a small group of moms to interact in a baby-friendly environment in Rose De Lima Café in St-Henri. We’ll be talking about anything and everything including how we can stay social, focused on our careers, and mindful of our own well-being.

Let's celebrate spring with our first outdoor event! Join us in Parc Angrignon. We will lead an informal discussion and share advice about how to juggle parenthood and a career. It's still a bit chilly so bundle up and come get some fresh air! We will be at the playground near the entrance at Rue Senkus and Rue Louis Hébert.

Isabelle Morrissette will welcome us in her Saint-Henri studio Solstice Pilates (4710 St-Ambroise suite 104A) where she will be sharing her daily adventures of motherhood and running her business.
